Job Description

Responsible for leasing out leasable spaces to generate the budgeted revenues per month and achieving Mall occupancy targets thru immediate replacement of area vacancies, with must have concepts as fitting tenant mix of the mall, supported with the corresponding lease documentations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent course. Proficient in the shopping center/real estate industry, or at least 1 year of relevant stint in leasing or similar field. People-oriented and comfortable in dealing with different personalities. With strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Preferably with SAP background. Willing to travel if needed and can work on flexible schedule.
