Provide guidance and support for academic staff in the use of learning and teaching technologies

About the Position
As a Learnline Support Officer , you will work collaboratively to support educators in the use of learning and teaching technologies to enhance the online experience of CDU students. This will include the provision of helpdesk operations, development of support resources and other initiatives across higher and vocational education that contribute to the quality and improvement of online course and unit design.
