Learning & Training Specialist I WFO

Work arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Makati

Schedule: Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Assess training and development needs through Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) tool, surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals, e‑learning modules, and hands‑on workshops.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions across various departments, covering both soft and hard skills.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, adjusting as needed based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
