Learning Trainer

Description

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Learning Trainer to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our Kemps Creek Fulfilment Centre - the only Amazon Robotics site in Australia!

In this role, you will manage and work with our workplace process trainers (known as ambassadors) to deliver high standards of training to our new and existing associate workforce.

You will thrive in this role if you are dynamic, an organised self-starter, a strong communicator and highly value teamwork. The successful candidate will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the Learning function and will be trained and required to work across warehouse processes such as picking or packing of customer shipments.
