Learning & Talent Development Lead

Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate internal and external learning initiatives, assist with talent management and succession planning, and ensure compliance with Skills Development legislation.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in L&D or HR within a manufacturing environment, along with strong MS Office skills and excellent organisational abilities. You will support budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the company.
