Role Overview
The coordinator owns day‑to‑day learning system administration and operational execution of training programs, ensuring accurate delivery and scalability through LMS administration, training coordination, and data management.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the learning management system: user onboarding/offboarding, enrollments, course publishing, and data accuracy.
- Configure and manage learning workflows for onboarding, compliance, and role‑based programs.
- Monitor LMS data integrity and resolve discrepancies with HR and Operations records.
