Our client, a global pharma company are currently recruiting for a Learning Systems Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. As Learning Systems Lead you will support the integration and optimisation of learning technologies and systems to meet regulatory, compliance, and scientific training needs. You will partner with site and global teams to harness data analytics, assess training effectiveness, and inform continuous improvement, while supporting the adoption of innovative digital learning solutions.
