Job Description
Become a Learning Support Teacher for K-9 at School District 71. This temporary part-time position addresses the needs of students requiring additional support in their educational journey.
In this 0.40 FTE role, you will assess and support students with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges while collaborating with classroom teachers to create inclusive environments. Your involvement will be essential in devising I.E.P.s and adapting instructional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students’ needs and support their learning
• Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (I.E.P.s)
• Collaborate in creating instructional modifications
