Wish you could spend more time with students but have virtually no planning or marking? If you’re passionate about supporting students in small groups or 1:1 sessions, this could be your perfect role.
You’ll need to be…

• happy to use your initiative
• a real team player
• an experienced teacher with a teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed)
What you’ll be doing…
• running drop-in workshops and using your skills where learning happens to support students with specific challenges, such as dyslexia and autism
• supporting and monitoring a caseload of students with EHCPs
• Advising and supporting teaching and learning support staff on how best to facilitate success for our students
This is largely a term time role (36 weeks). A few days fall outside term time to support SEND interview evenings across the academic year. This also includes ...
