Learning Support Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative fixed-term Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) to join our team for 2026. This role is central to strengthening inclusive practice across the school and ensuring that all students are supported to achieve their full potential. The successful applicant will work closely with kaiako, whānau, and external agencies to coordinate effective learning support, build teacher capability, and promote inclusive approaches that support student engagement and achievement.

Annual remuneration is dependent on qualifications and experience and will range from $61,329 to $103,086 in accordance with the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement (STCA). The actual base salary will be established through a salary assessment once the appointment is confirmed.
