We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide class and 1:1 support for children with an EHCP, alongside supporting other pupils. The role is wide and varied and may also include working with children in a small group. We need someone who is calm, nurturing, resilient and flexible and who is keen to learn and develop.

Skills and experience required

  • Experience of working with children with additional needs would be beneficial.
  • Someone who takes initiative and is able to adapt and think ‘outside the box’.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
