Learning Support Assistant X2

 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – 32.5 Hours 

Highcliffe Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious Learning Support Assistant to work within the school. 

You will need to have:

•Significant previous experience working with children with complex behavioural, emotional, developmental, physical, speech and language and learning needs - this may include qualifications

• Experience working in KS1 and KS2 settings is desirable 

•The ability to establish a good rapport with children from a broad range of languages and cultures

•Positive behaviour management skills

•Experience working with children that have special needs - in a mainstream primary setting
