Learning Support Assistant, Term Time, Temporary for the 2026/27 Academic Year

Role Overview

Within the Independent Living programme areas, the successful person will need to be enthusiastic and flexible to support the learners within a range of life and work skills such as e.g. cooking, everyday living skills, gardening, literacy, numeracy, IT, citizenship, personal and social development and work skills at Pre Entry – level 1. There may also be a need to support learners with practical and physical difficulties during break times if and when required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside lecturers and instructors in the classroom.
• Help students get the most out of their learning.
