We’re looking for caring, proactive Independence & Learning Support Assistants to support young people aged 16–25 with additional needs. This role focusses on helping learners build confidence,munication and essential life skills in both classroom and practical settings.


As an Independence & Learning Support Assistant, you will:
  • Support learners through person‑centred, independence‑focused activities
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver accessible, engaging lessons
  • Provide 1:1 and small‑group support
  • Promote positive behaviour,munication and social interaction
  • Assist with practical tasks such as note‑taking and organisation
