Job Overview

Swalcliffe Park School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support autistic students across Key Stages 3 to 5. The role involves classroom support, SEN support, mentoring, safeguarding, and promoting student development in education and community settings.

Salary: £25,185 – £25,989 per annum. Benefits: 13 weeks paid holiday, NEST pension scheme, 2 weeks full pay and 2 weeks partial pay sickness entitlement, free lunchtime meal.

Duties

  • Support students in classroom and community learning environments.
  • Assist students with Autism Spectrum Condition to access education and social opportunities.
  • Help students with coursework, homework, revision, and exam preparation.
  • Observe behaviour and learning styles to support individual learning targets and EHCP outcomes.
