Learning Support Assistant - Level 3

Position Summary

Learning Support Assistant – Level 3, Grade E – Point 11 – 16. Full Time Equivalent for 36 hours per week (term time only). Salary: £23,916 – £25,935 (annual), £28,142 – £30,518 (full time).

Key Responsibilities

Provide classroom support and targeted one‑to‑one and small group intervention for students with SEND. Assist students in developing independence and achieving positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom. Focus on core subjects to support learning progression.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff and parents. Good presentation and organisational skills, capable of working independently and showing initiative.
