New Directions Education is looking for enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants to join our team, supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in inclusive and nurturing environments, helping every child reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
  • Assist with classroom activities, adapting resources to meet individual learning goals
  • Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support plans
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
