 Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:


  • Support KS2 pupils in their learning, growth and confidence




  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential




  • Work closely with Leeds-based teachers and SEND teams




  • Encourage positive behaviour and help create a fun, engaging classroom




  • Be a reliable, caring presence pupils can look up to
