Learning Support Assistant

  • Term time only (39 weeks per year), 37 hours per week
  • Fixed Term for 12 months
  • Salary £21,661 to £22,353 per annum
  • Start date: ASAP

Supporting the learning of individual pupils within the classroom in all subjects as directed by the Class Teacher / SENCO.

About you

  • Enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking
  • Experience working with a range of children, including those with special educational needs and Pupil Premium
  • Ability to supervise and organise pupils, work individually and in small groups
  • Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to relate well to children and adults
  • Genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student
