Learning Support Assistant 


Contract: Full-time, long-term

Ready to join a school that actually values its support staff? A friendly secondary school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work across KS3 and KS4, helping students who need extra boosts in core subjects and confidence.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Supporting students in class and during independent tasks


  • Helping with literacy, numeracy, and study skills


  • Working alongside teachers to adapt learning where needed


  • Being that reliable, calm presence students can count on

  • Someone supportive, patient, and organised


  • A great communicator who knows how to motivate teenagers


  • Experience in education or youth work is helpful, but not essential
