Key Responsibilities

• Support students in accessing the full curriculum within classrooms at all times.
• Work with a diverse range of student needs, including medical, SEN and EAL.
• Collate and communicate with SENCO, Assistant SENCO, HLTA’s, teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximise pupils’ achievement and progress.
• Establish constructive relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Implement 1:1 and small‑group interventions and contribute to the overall student support team.
