We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Weald for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to provide individual support to pupils with a range of additional needs.
This rewarding role involves working closely with children who may have SEND, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and other learning needs. You will play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
