Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist college in Coventry, supporting learners aged 16–25 with a range of complex disabilities and additional learning needs. This is a rewarding temp-to-perm opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young adults in a nurturing and structured environment.
