Role: LSA – Primary Phase

Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks per year

Hours: 32.5 hours per week (5 days a week, 8:30am–15:30pm, 30‑minute lunch break). Term time only, plus INSET days.

Salary: Scale 3 Point 5‑6 (£25,583 – £26,403 full‑time equivalent)

Location: Chelmsford

Closing Date: 2nd July 2026 at 12pm Midday

Responsibilities

You will support all pupils, including those with additional needs, within the Primary School. You will work independently and follow direction from staff, contributing to a supportive and ambitious learning environment.
