Learning Support Assistant

Some young people need more than support.

They need someone who shows up, stays calm when things get tricky, and helps them believe they can succeed.

We're looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in specialist SEMH schools and alternative provisions across Bristol, supporting pupils who need a little extra help navigating school life.

No two days are the same. One day you might be helping a student regulate their emotions, the next you're celebrating a breakthrough that's taken weeks to achieve. The wins can be small, but they mean everything.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
