Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant 1:1 to join our BCA team on a permanent, term-time only basis. This role pays between G17 21,166.19 and G19 22,662.10 which is dependent on skills and experience (G17 25,483.00 to G19 27,284.00).

The position of Learning Support Assistant 1:1 involves working 37 hours per week (Monday Friday) for 37 term time weeks per year.
The responsibility of the Learning Support Assistant 1:1 is to enable students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.
