**Essential Functions**:
- Leads projects and collaborates with teams to deliver fit for purpose learning solutions on time, on budget, and on quality.
- Work closely with vendor management team to handle learning software platforms and vendor relationships.
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with team to draft, review, and finalize submissions (e.g., awards, RFP)
- Creates processes and materials that support established programs and projects.
- Supports key projects programs by refining internal processes for the department.
Supports less experienced project managers, enabling their growth and development with activities such as mentoring,
coaching sessions, team development workshops.
- Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs.
