Introduction

A successful candidate will manage submissions of WSP/ATR, bursaries and training processes. A candidate must also ensure that skills development Act/BBBEE/merSETA compliance is adhere to.

Duties & Responsibilities

SDF Activities (MG and DG Submissions, grant recoveries, NSDMS Administration)
Learner Management (Interns, Apprentices)
Bursary & Study Assistance management.
Learning Management (Training Needs Analysis, Competence Management, Annual Training Plan implementation)
HRIS - Training Data Management

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 (Essential)
Degree in HR/ HRD / OD – ETDP NQF L6 (Essential)
2 - 5 years' experience in skills development (Essential)
SDF Qualification  (Essential)
