Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of engaging training content for call centre teams, with a strong focus on AI-powered learning solutions.
- Manage AI simulation training projects from planning to implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results.
- Create learning materials (audio, video, simulations, guides) and apply proven instructional design methods to build effective, learner-centred content.
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and align solutions with business goals.
- Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Support LMS implementation, maintenance, and blended learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, multimedia, LMS) to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
