Position Overview
The Learning Solutions Coordinator position coordinates the work of the Learning Solutions Team, which designs and develops relevant programs responsive to identified client and community needs. The Learning Solutions Coordinator facilitates the flow of information between the Client Relations, Learning Solutions and Operations/Delivery teams to ensure programs, services, and events meet delivery dates and expectations.
Position Responsibilities
Coordination of Learning Solutions Team
- Collaborates with Program Growth and Quality Manager (PGQM) on identification and tracking of projects across Continuing and Credit Programs for development and review
- Assigns team members to CECT program development/delivery projects
- Troubleshoots issues and, where needed, escalates to relevant parties
