About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this national role works closely with operational leadership teams and support functions to identify capability gaps, map workflows, and design learning interventions that improve performance and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Discovery & Analysis
Spend time within operational environments to understand workflows, processes, and day‑to‑day activities.
Conduct operational discovery to identify capability gaps, behavioural challenges, and performance improvement opportunities.
Analyse operational data and insights to validate findings and prioritise learning requirements.
