Role: Learning Program Manager

Role Summary

The Learning Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, governance, and delivery of enterprise and technical learning programs for Chevron employees. This role focuses on program development and management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure learning initiatives are delivered at scale with measurable business impact.

The role partners closely with Talent Development, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Project Management Office (PMO), and business leaders to translate learning strategy and plans into well governed, outcome driven programs, leveraging digital learning platforms and data driven insights.
