I. Job Summary

Provides significant support in the development, improvement and implementation of organizational initiatives, programs and interventions with focus on analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning needs and initiatives, organizational structure, design and processes. These programs and interventions are aimed at ensuring that the employees are aligned with the Bank’s mission, purpose, values and able to achieve and deliver business objectives.
