Learning & Organisational Development Specialist – Co. Mayo

I am currently recruiting for a Learning & Organisational Development Specialist on behalf of my client based in Co. Mayo who are a manufacturing and engineering organisation. 4 days on site and 1 day remote.

This is a high-impact, end-to-end L&D role for someone who wants real ownership, not just delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for leadership and organisational development at a growing European manufacturing site, working closely with senior leaders, people managers, and cross-functional teams.

The business is scaling, leadership capability is a priority, and there’s a genuine appetite for structured, standardised, high-quality learning. This role plays a central part in shaping that.
