Position Summary The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Training Specialist i s responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and delivering engaging training solutions that support NIH/HHS Learning Management System users.
This role applies adult learning principles and a structured instructional design methodology to develop high-quality instructor-led and online learning experiences.
The specialist will create accessible, SCORM-compliant eLearning content using Articulate 360, facilitate live virtual training sessions, and produce documentation that supports the ongoing success of the LMS training program.
