This role ensures a seamless learning experience by managing learning programs, maintaining system integrity, supporting users, and providing reporting and analytics that enable organizational learning initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, technically proficient, and experienced in administering enterprise learning systems.
