Be the trusted advisor to the Enablement Owner and validate the learning strategy from an operational aspect (project experience, learning elements and reporting requirements).

● Lead project 'operations' calls and determine timeline for projects to ensure on time deployment in support of General Availability date.

●Manage engagement with Enablement Owners and/or Regional Business Leads by solving problems proactively and as situations arise.

●Track, drive, and follow up on deliverables of cross-functional team members - e.g. Virtual program producers; Communications; Instructional Designers and Curriculum Developers; Business Intelligence.

●Communicate to keep internal stakeholders & cross-functional teams informed via meeting notes, email, SharePoint, MS Teams, Slack, Workfront.
