We are hiring a Training Systems Analyst to support the Learning and Development team within the Human Resources department of a major energy infrastructure company. This role will play a key part in managing and enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a primary focus on Workday Learning and SuccessFactors. You'll be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, improving reporting processes, and ensuring smooth LMS operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and ongoing administration for LMS platforms (Workday and/or SuccessFactors)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning systems
  • Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance
  • Support and guide LMS users, including learning admins and support staff
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
