Position Overview
The Learning Experience Leader creates and maintains a positive, professional learning environment. The role designs and expands training and development programs aligned with product‑specific training methods and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
- Create and deliver end‑user, partner and distributor training, including curriculum, training sessions and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
- Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
