A global e-commerce organization seeks an experienced Trainer to lead training initiatives in a dynamic Fulfillment Center environment.

• Supervising Instructors: Oversee and guide instructors to deliver high-quality training sessions that meet the needs of learners.

• Delivering effective Training: Develop and implement engaging, data-driven learning experiences that enhance knowledge acquisition and retention among employees.

• Analyzing data to enhance learning experiences: Utilize performance metrics and learner feedback to inform instruction, optimize content delivery, and continually improve outcomes for trainees. Coordinating cross-functional teams is also key. As well as several other critical processes.
