Amazon Finance Operations Global Accounts Receivable - GAR Academy is looking for a Learning Experience Designer II to create, execute and manage effective training and communication strategies for the business. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have good business acumen, good communication skills, and planning/program management skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. Learning Experience Designer II will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of information design for L&D team. The Learning Experience Designer II will work closely with SME’s, channel leads, product, engineering and other stakeholders to create impactful content, training approach and manage communications for launches, enhancements and improvements.
