As the Learning Experience Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of CREB®’s education programs for members. Reporting to the Manager, Member Training, this position is responsible for coordinating all day ‑ to ‑ day training logistics, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for members, and supporting both in‑person and virtual courses. You will work closely with internal teams, instructors, and external vendors to deliver well‑organized, effective, and engaging learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update learning programs and materials
- Conduct learning needs analysis and identify opportunities for new or enhanced training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective, learner-focused content
- Evaluate program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
