The Learning Executive will help to identify and track training programs and initiatives with the objective of fulfilling people development requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Planning and Implementation:

  • Plan delivery of training programs meeting scope, coverage and design; Monitor the delivery of courses by execution of checklist based on program plan.
  • Develop a high-level project plan for learning programs and initiatives in coordination with BUs, Solutions Design teams and other critical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and ensure adherence to documented process checklist for smooth implementation of learning programs.
  • Monitor learner experience and plan for innovative ways to create learner engagement.
  • Understand the annual program / learning initiatives and provide inputs to L&D team Leader about the budget for implementation of the programs.
