The
L&D Trainer
is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role ensures that learning initiatives align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (classroom, virtual, or blended).

Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees.

Content Development:

Contribute in designing and updating training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.

Customize programs to meet specific departmental or role-based needs.

Needs Analysis & Evaluation:

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
