This role involves conducting training needs assessments, developing training programs and materials, and coordinating on-the-job training for overseas personnel. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and at least 1-2 years in Training & Development. Proficiency in MS Office and HRDC eTRiS is preferred.
