To design, develop, and deliver learning programs incollaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while supporting changeadoption in a fast-paced project environment. Initially, the role will focus ongeneralist responsibilities light-touch facilitation, basic change support, and LMS management with the expectation to evolve into a versatile L&Dprofessional capable of handling advanced instructional design, digitallearning, and structured change management.
