The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for shaping and strengthening the organization’s learning culture. The role is accountable for designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning initiatives that align with business priorities, while fostering employee development and growth across all levels of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Partner with business to identify learning needs that support strategic goals and talent development. Design and implement scalable learning solutions (programs, tools, frameworks) that promote a culture of continuous learning. Lead the development of Academy-style learning paths for key talent segments and functions, creating structured growth journeys aligned with capability building.
