Learning & Development Officer -Management & Leadership Development

Salary: £44,075 to £47,181 per annum (pro rata should successful candidate opt for part time hours)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full time or Part time– 37 hours per week or 30 hours per week
Location: Based at County Hall – Chichester or Worthing, with hybrid working available

The Learning and Development team are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Officer, specialising in Management and Leadership development. You will be joining a supportive team of learning and development officers, who develop training to ensure our staff across the County Council have the skills, knowledge and experience to undertake their roles effectively. In this role you will be designing and delivering learning activities in a variety of ways, to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
