We are looking for an Learning & Development Manager to support the growth of our People and enhance our Culture of continuous improvement.


The Learning and Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Hotel by designing and implementing innovative training programs, responsible for, but not limited to, the overall Hotel's learning and development plan, performance management, and quality assurance, focusing on to deliver exceptional service and exceed both Colleagues' and Guests' expectations.


The L&D Manager will be responsible for : 



  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the hotel’s objectives and values

  • Design and deliver training programs for all levels, including onboarding, orientation program, leadership development, technical skills training, and service excellence
