To reinforce our learning and development (L&D) functions, we are seeking a L & D Manager who will lead both commercial and cross-functional training programs aligned with our growth strategy. This position will be instrumental in building a scalable and impactful talent development framework for all employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and Execution of Training Programs
  • Develop and execute soft and hard skill development programs based by developing the enterprise-wide learning strategy aligned with business objectives and Group’s guidelines.
